This role offers full ownership of the MEA region — you will act as the local GM for Radiobotics, taking full responsibility for revenue growth, partner strategy, and market activation. This role requires someone who understands the complex and varied healthcare systems, tenders, MOH approval cycles, and local procurement dynamics. If you’re energized by building from the ground up, influencing strategy, and being the face of Radiobotics across MEA, this is your platform to create real impact in AI-powered healthcare.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead new business development efforts across the Middle East and African countries
  • Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies tailored to each country’s healthcare dynamics
  • Identify, engage, and manage local partners and resellers, co-selling and enabling them to drive adoption
  • Prospect and build relationships with radiologists, procurement teams, and hospital administrators
  • Drive the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to negotiation and closing
  • Stay up-to-date on local regulations, tenders, and market activity to effectively position Radiobotics
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the Middle East region

Ideal candidate profile

  • 4+ years of experience in medical technology sales, with a strong focus on radiology or imaging solutions
  • Successful track record as a hunter within the Radiology industry — thrives in a high-activity sales environment with a passion for closing deals
  • Native Arabic speaker and fluent in English (French is a plus)
  • Proven experience managing partner/reseller channels in the Middle East and Africa
  • Deep network in Radiology, particularly within UAE and Saudi Arabia
  • Ability to adapt to diverse healthcare systems and pricing models across the MEA region
  • Self-driven and resourceful with a strong hunter mentality
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the region
