At Radiobotics, we believe that great AI doesn’t just come from code — it comes from collaboration. That’s why with the release of RBfracture version 2.5, we’re introducing a simple but powerful way for users to provide direct, study-specific feedback.

Introducing: QR code feedback

Now each Summary Report generated by RBfracture includes a QR code for users to submit feedback. When scanned, this code opens a short form where users can quickly submit comments related to that specific study: For example, to flag a false positive or a missed finding.

This new feature offers several benefits:

Streamlined feedback: No more generic emails or unclear references — we know exactly which case you’re referring to.

Faster iterations: Structured feedback helps our team act more quickly on real-world insights.

Better performance: Your input directly helps us improve the accuracy and reliability of the product.

We’re proud to say this update came directly from user requests. It’s part of our ongoing commitment to making RBfracture not only accurate, but truly user-driven.

Is the QR code secure?

When you submit study feedback via QR code, we don’t receive any images, patient data, or even the results of the analysis.

So what do we capture? We receive the age group of the patient and the body part detected by our models during the analysis. This information is transferred to us over https, which further encrypts the data transmitted.

So get to scanning!

We want to hear from you!
