About the role
This is a pivotal role at the heart of our global growth plan. You’ll be responsible for building and managing Radiobotics’ partner landscape — from onboarding new partners to strengthening existing relationships with resellers and strategic collaborators. You’ll help shape and drive our approach to global market expansion.
You’ll need to be both strategic and hands-on. That means spotting the right commercial opportunities, building joint go-to-market plans, and making sure our partners are fully equipped and aligned. Internally, you’ll collaborate with teams across commercial, product, marketing, and regulatory to ensure partners have what they need to succeed and stay in sync with our evolving roadmap.
You’ll play a direct role in shaping how we scale. That includes supporting high-value tenders, helping evaluate and structure commercial proposals, co-developing pricing strategies with partners, and feeding real-time market feedback back into the business. This isn’t a “keep things ticking” role—it’s about building, evolving, and driving momentum.
Ideally, you’ve worked in MedTech, Health AI, SaaS, or another part of the regulated healthcare space. You understand how channel partnerships work, and you’re comfortable navigating regulatory and reimbursement environments. You’ll be based somewhere in Europe, used to working remotely, and open to occasional travel. Communication and relationship-building will be key, as will the ability to work across cultures, time zones, and business styles.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll take ownership of our partner business development across Europe and beyond. That means identifying the right partners, whether resellers, distributors, or strategic alliances, and bringing them on board in a structured, scalable way.
You’ll work side by side with partners to make sure they’re trained, enabled, and confident in taking Radiobotics to market. That includes developing tailored go-to-market plans, collaborating on proposals, navigating pricing and positioning, and aligning with local market conditions and regulatory needs.
A big part of your time will be spent strengthening relationships, driving live deal pipelines, adjusting commercial structures, supporting partners in key meetings, and ensuring shared success. You’ll be the bridge between Radiobotics and the field, bringing back valuable insights to help shape how we build and evolve our products, pricing, and messaging.
Strategically, you’ll be expected to map out gaps in coverage, surface opportunities for growth through new verticals or geographies, and suggest creative paths to scale, whether through OEM deals, national frameworks, or joint offerings with tech or service partners.
This is a growth role, pure and simple. It’s about building something that works and scaling it with purpose.

Candidate profile
We’re looking for a commercially minded professional with a strong background in partner management, business development, or strategic alliances — ideally within MedTech, health AI, or regulated digital health.
The right person will be confident in developing and managing commercial partnerships across diverse healthcare systems and markets, with a strong grasp of what’s required to build scalable, revenue-generating relationships with resellers, distributors, and strategic collaborators. They should be as comfortable building go-to-market plans as they are negotiating commercial terms or navigating local compliance requirements.
They’ll be a relationship-builder at heart — someone who can work cross-functionally, represent Radiobotics with credibility, and spot opportunities where others see complexity. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, brings structure where it’s needed, and is motivated by building something with global reach.
Ideal experience and traits include:
- 5–10 years in commercial or partner-facing roles within healthcare, medtech, or clinical AI
- Demonstrated success managing indirect sales channels, co-marketing strategies, and partner enablement
- Familiarity with national tenders, public procurement, and commercial operations in regulated healthcare settings
- Strong commercial instincts, with the ability to evaluate and shape pricing, margin, and market entry strategies
- Excellent communicator and collaborator, with experience working remotely and across international teams
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
- Based anywhere in Europe, ideally CET ±1; open to travel (20–30%) as needed
